From the get-go, the current year 2020 has been a surprise package. The cancelation of releases of games and the juggling of release dates appears to occur frequently. Regardless, some great games are coming in 2020 that will force the players to bet on their money. Let us look at a handful of this year’s gaming world’s highlights.

Halo Infinite

The latest Halo franchise installment sees the iconic Master Chief returning to a central position. It will not just be a fast-little update on previous episodes because the game underwent hundreds of industries for the entirely new engine, aka Slipspace. The highly awaited version of Halo will rock the gaming industry by being amongst the Microsoft’s Xbox Series X signature titles.

 

There is no official release date of Halo Infinite, but it will most likely release sometime in 2020.

Marvel’s Avengers

The time it takes for the unveiling of the long-anticipated Avengers game is quite baffling. It will star the movie series characters, including Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, and Black Widow. Following a sudden state of affairs leading to the death of people, the plot follows the comeback of the superheroes as outlaws, emerging to protect the earth from an impending threat.

 

Marvel’s Avengers will be making its way into the world of gaming through Windows, PS4, and Xbox One platforms on May 15, 2020.

Minecraft Dungeons

The ever so famous Minecraft game based on blocks is the talk of the moment. It allows you to build almost everything, with only the limit being one’s imagination. The new version, Minecraft Dungeons spin-off, is the type of dungeon crawler game in which the player encounters completely random dungeons, battling truly random creatures and dealing with obstacles and challenges.

 

Minecraft Dungeons is likely to come out on May 26, 2020, across macOS, Nintendo Switch, PS4, Windows, and Xbox One.

The Last of Us 2

The PS4 exclusive latest The Last of Us 2 edition undeniably lifts the excitement levels off the roofs. The Last of Us is unquestionably the most convincing post-apocalyptic works of fiction to ever develop. After many years, the sequel shows Ellie embarking on a journey of vengeance against unforeseeable adversaries, in the hope of reuniting with father Joel. 

The Last of Us 2 will hopefully be coming out on May 29, 2020, unless some unformidable events put a halt on the release of the game.

Watch Dogs: Legion

Watch Dogs Legion, the highlight of the E3 2019, is likely to house at post-Brexit London gathering. It is the sequel to Watch Dogs 2 with stunning graphics and filled with action and thrilling adventures. A hacker group based in London, called DedSec, will seek to combat the executive forces in London. The planned third installment of the Watch Dogs series was initially scheduled to release on March 6, 2020, but reportedly got postponed from Ubisoft alongside few other titles.
